  • Do you need a referral to see a Chiropractor?
    • No, Chiropractors are primary health care professionals so you can just call or book online and make an appointment any time you like.
  • What style of Chiropractic do we use?
    • At Body First Chiropractic all Chiropractors use the Gonstead method of Chiropractic, at techniques used and trusted within the Chiropractic profession since 1923.
  • What conditions can Chiropractic help?
    • Chiropractic can be beneficial for many health conditions. Common conditions include neck pain, back pain, headaches, migraines, vertigo, disc injuries, whiplash, sciatica and extremity (arms and legs) problems. If you have a specific health condition and you want to know if Chiropractic can help best call either of our clinics and ask to speak with one of our Chiropractors.
  • Will I receive a Chiropractic adjustment on my first visit?
    • Usually yes, unless we deem your condition requires further specific imaging or referral to another health professional.
  • How often do I need to see a Chiropractor?
    • The frequency of chiropractic visits depends on your condition, goals, and how your body responds to care. Some patients benefit from a short series of appointments, while others choose ongoing maintenance visits for overall spinal health and injury prevention.
  • Does private health insurance cover Chiropractic care?
    • Most private health funds offer Chiropractic care as part of their extras cover. If you are unsure if your specific health fund covers Chiropractic, a quick phone call to ask them will get you the answer. We also have Hicaps facilities onsite so if your private health fund does cover we can process a claim on the spot.
